This is the only game that I've ever played that successfully dis-empowers the player in a way as to not come across as disrespectful or pretentious. You really feel just like another character in the story and don't really stand out unless you work really hard for it.

A dark mixture of survival horror and RPG where you are in a setting of a town with a plague, and as a doctor, is tasked into saving the town as well as yourself before things get out of hand, which starts to happen quickly.
